  • 7 nights of serene accommodations
  • Full use of the estate’s pool, hot tub, sauna, and other amenities

What’s Not Included:

  • Airfare and ferry to Paros and Naxos
  • Extra nights before or after the retreat (May 22–May 29)
  • Massage treatments or extra excursions
  • Alcoholic beverages and personal purchases
  • Travel insurance (recommended)
  • Gratuities (cash only)

Cancellation Policy:

If you must cancel, a $500 fee applies to transfer your reservation. You may transfer your spot to someone else, or if the retreat is full, your room will go to the waitlist. Once your spot is filled, we’ll issue a refund minus the $500 fee.

Note: Cancellations within two months of the retreat start date require you to fill your spot. Thank you for your understanding.

What is included?
  • A peaceful landscape, with views and quick walking access to the ocean and nearby village!
  • The golden sandy beaches, with turquoise waters, are considered some of the best in all of the Greek islands
  • Explore small bays, sea caves and other treasures of this small fully walkable island
  • Structured yoga practices – vigorous morning and restorative evening, with meditation and pranayama
  • Nourishing food – 2 meals a day
  • Additional outings are available
What if I want to explore the area beyond our villas?

The nearby village is within a 10-15 minute walk from our space. Several beaches are also within easy walking distance! With interest and an additional cost, we will charter a boat and take a day trip to Santorini, or another nearby island. There are many more islands to visit, as well as mainland Greece, if you decide to stay longer than the retreat and explore on your own!

Help me understand what the food is like? Do I need to bring my own to survive?

Great question. We believe you will be pleasantly pleased with the food quality prepared by our private chef from Athens. You will be provided a delicious wide array of vegetarian and vegan locally sourced cuisine. For those interested, locally caught fish/seafood will also be served several times in the week! All meals are served family-style.

If you have a special dietary concern – food sensitivities, allergies, or preferences – please inform us prior to arrival and we will make every effort to accommodate your needs. If you would like to bring alcoholic beverages, you may, or you can purchase from the nearby village, or have us order and bring in available beverages for you.

How do I get to Paros and Naxos, Greece?

While we are hoping to develop the yoga siddhi of teleportation soon, we will take the adventure route! If this is your way too, please plan to fly in and out of Athens, Santorini, or Naxos. From there you can take a ferry to Koufonisia! Best is in fly in the day before the retreat starts. Stay overnight and plan a late morning or early afternoon ferry to Koufonisia. Eric and Rachel (or possibly their charming son, Canyon) will be there to greet you and pick you up, and take you on a few minutes drive to our home for the week!

What is the general flow of a day at your retreat?
  • 8:00am Coffee and tea service with light snacks
  • 8:45-10:30am Vinyasa flow or other yoga practice, pranayama and short meditation
  • 10:45am Brunch
  • 11:30am Leave for activities if participating, or stay and relax!
  • Midday Free time at estate with pool, sauna, or go to a beach to cliff jump, rest or swim, or join an excursion or adventure
  • 4:45pm late afternoon restorative yoga, pranayama, meditation
  • 6:30pm Dinner
  • 7:30pm Enjoy your quiet evening
