You train as a whole person
Rachel tracks stress load, sleep and mental state alongside mileage. You stop leaving performance on the table because nobody was looking at the whole picture.
You already know how to work hard. The question is whether your plan knows how you live. Most training plans are general and built for an ideal athlete with an ideal week, and yours is neither of those things.

Another season on a plan that was not built for you is another season of results that were not either. And if you have ever fallen off a plan and wondered what is wrong with you, nothing is. The plan was wrong. You are a whole and unique person, and your training should reflect that.
How it works
Every plan begins from your goals, your history and the real constraints of your life, then adapts as your data comes in through TrainingPeaks Premier. Rachel tracks sleep, stress and mental load alongside mileage, because leaving those out is how athletes end up training hard and going nowhere. Coaching is online, so you can work with Rachel wherever you live.
Yoga, breathwork and mindfulness are built in rather than bolted on. They are what keeps you recovering and in one piece.

Your coach
Juggling training with a full life, wondering whether the plan is right, wishing someone understood both the sport and the human doing it. I raced professionally until 2019, as a cyclist and a trail runner, so training was integrated with the job rather than the thing I fitted around one.
The reason your plan will account for sleep and stress and the week you actually have is that I have been on the other side of one that did not.

What changes
Rachel tracks stress load, sleep and mental state alongside mileage. You stop leaving performance on the table because nobody was looking at the whole picture.
When it was built around your actual schedule you do not skip it. Athletes who used to drift through cycles say this is the first one that held.
Everything lives in TrainingPeaks Premier. Every workout, every metric, every note from Rachel. No guessing whether the plan still fits after a rough week.
Because it is. Restoration is built into every plan, so you arrive at race day genuinely ready rather than merely fit, and you feel better between events too.
No. Rachel coaches first-timers and people aiming for personal bests, and the plan starts from where you actually are rather than where a template assumes you are.
The plan changes with it. That is the whole point, and it is what athletes most often say separates this from what they had before.
Who you become
You stop second-guessing the training. You arrive on race day knowing the plan was built for your body, your schedule and your life, and you race the way you trained. What changes is not only the results. It is your whole relationship with the sport. You become an athlete whose plan fits the life they actually have, rather than one apologizing to a schedule that never did.

From athletes
I came to Rachel burned out and running on empty. A year later I’m racing again, but that’s almost secondary to how I feel every day.
“I came to Rachel skeptical that yoga had anything to offer a competitive athlete. Six months later I am moving better, recovering faster, and genuinely enjoying training again.”
“I have three kids and a full-time job. Rachel built me a plan that fits my reality. I’m not fighting my schedule anymore.”
