YogaSoul Retreats · Greece 2026

You’ve earned a week
that’s entirely yours.

You’ve been running on empty long enough. The way most people are expected to live—always producing, always available, always putting everything else first—leaves no real room for the kind of rest that actually holds. That’s not a personal failing. It’s a design problem. Come rest somewhere beautiful—a private estate on the Aegean, morning yoga with the sea in view, a chef from Athens, and a small group who’ll feel like family by Thursday. Rachel and Eric keep it intimate on purpose, so what happens here actually can.

The Experience

Seven Days on One of
Greece’s Most Beautiful Islands

Koufonisia is a fully walkable, crowd-free gem tucked in the heart of the Cyclades—where the water is so blue it barely looks real, the beaches are golden and empty, and the village is small enough to walk in ten minutes. Most people have never heard of it. Those who have been never forget it.

This is where Rachel and Eric have chosen to bring a small group of students for a week of yoga, rest, good food, and genuine connection. The practices are intentional. The days are unrushed. The island does the rest.

Morning
Vigorous Yoga & Pranayama

All-levels vinyasa flow, breath-led movement, and short meditation each morning to awaken your body and set a purposeful tone for the day.

Evening
Restorative & Nidra

Wind down each evening with yin yoga, yoga nidra, guided meditation, or restorative practice—restoring your nervous system and deepening inner stillness.

Adventure
Island Exploration

Cliff jumping, beach swimming, hiking, sea kayaking, scooter rides, village wandering—Koufonisia’s turquoise waters and golden sand are yours to discover.

Nourishment
Private Chef & Fresh Cuisine

Two nourishing family-style meals daily prepared by a private chef from Athens—locally sourced vegetarian, vegan, and fresh seafood options.

Mindfulness
Journaling & Silence

Structured space for journaling, quiet reflection, and mindfulness—practical tools you’ll carry home to reset and find balance in everyday life.

Community
New Friends for Life

An intimate retreat for a small group of like-minded souls. The connections built on these islands tend to last a lifetime.

A Retreat For You

Is This Retreat
Right for You?

This retreat is for people who have been carrying too much for too long—who know they need a real pause but keep finding reasons to wait. If you recognise yourself in any of the below, this week was made for you.

You’ve been craving a real reset—not just a vacation, but a genuine pause to breathe and reconnect with yourself.
You want yoga that nourishes—not a boot camp. Our practices meet you where you are, whether you’re new or experienced.
You’re ready to invest in yourself. Not just in money, but in showing up fully—for the practices, the community, and the experience.
You’re open to connection. Some of the deepest friendships in the YogaSoul community started on a retreat just like this one.
You want to return home different. With tools, clarity, and a renewed sense of purpose you can actually use in everyday life.
You’re drawn to the Greek islands and want to experience their magic in a slow, intentional way—not rushing between tourist sites.

Frequently Asked Questions

Got Questions?
We’ve Got Answers.

Everything you need to know before you book.

What is the accommodation like?

A private estate set on a hillside with sweeping views of the Aegean—not a hotel, not a resort. Think open terraces, outdoor dining, a pool for afternoon swims, a hot tub for evenings, and a sauna to close out the day. The yoga space looks out over the water. The golden sandy beaches are a short walk from the gate. The island is fully walkable and genuinely quiet traditional greek experience.

What if I want to explore beyond the estate?

The nearby village is within a 10–15 minute walk. Several beaches are also within easy walking distance. There are many more islands to visit, as well as mainland Greece, if you decide to stay longer and explore on your own after the retreat ends.

What will the food be like?

You’ll be pleasantly delighted by the food prepared by our private chef from Athens—a wide array of vegetarian and vegan, locally sourced cuisine. Locally caught fish and seafood will also be served several times during the week. All meals are served family-style. If you have dietary concerns, let us know prior to arrival and we’ll do everything we can to accommodate you.

How do I get to Koufonisia?

Plan to fly into Athens, Santorini, or Naxos, then take a ferry to Koufonisia. We recommend flying into Greece the day before the retreat starts. Then plan on a late morning or early afternoon ferry on May 30th, as the retreat will initiate that afternoon with a traditional Greek village festival! Rachel, Eric, or our staff will meet you at the dock and bring you to our home for the week.

Can I come solo?

Absolutely—and many people do. Solo travelers are warmly welcomed and quickly become part of the group. This retreat is intentionally small and intimate, which means connections form naturally and deeply. If you’re traveling solo and want a shared room to keep costs down, just let us know and we’ll match you with a compatible roommate.

Can I book as a couple?

Yes—the Couple’s Rooms are designed exactly for this. Each person pays $3,079 ($6,158 total for the two of you), and you’ll share a private ensuite room together. Simply have both of you complete checkout, or reach out to us at [email protected] and we’ll coordinate your rooms.

What should I pack?

Keep it light—Koufonisia is a casual, barefoot kind of island. Bring comfortable yoga clothes, a swimsuit (or two), a light layer for cooler evenings, sturdy sandals, sunscreen, and a journal. A reusable water bottle is a must. Leave the formal wear at home. Oh—and bring Euros in cash for gratuities and anything you pick up in the village.

What yoga experience do I need?

All levels are welcome. Morning classes are vigorous and all-levels—Rachel is skilled at offering modifications and meeting each student exactly where they are. Evening sessions are gentle and restorative by design. You don’t need to be an advanced practitioner to get tremendous benefit from this week.

What is the cancellation policy?

A $500 fee applies to transfer your reservation. You may transfer your spot to another person, or if the retreat is full, your room will go to the waitlist and a refund (minus $500) will be issued once your spot is filled. Cancellations within two months of the retreat start date require you to fill your own spot. We strongly recommend travel insurance for international travel.

How to Reserve

Three steps between
here and Greece.

Simple to start. A $500 deposit holds your room while you get your travel sorted.

01

Choose your room and reserve

Select your room type in the section below. A $500 deposit secures your spot—full payment isn’t due until closer to departure. Have questions before you commit? Email Rachel & Eric first and they’ll answer anything.

02

We’ll reach out within 24 hours

Rachel or Eric will confirm your registration personally, answer any remaining questions, and get a few details from you—dietary needs, room preferences, arrival plans. You’re in good hands from this moment on.

03

Show up. We’ll handle the rest.

On May 30th someone from our team will meet you at the ferry dock. All you have to do is arrive, let go, and enjoy. We chose this specific week, as the evening of May 30th, the entire village of Koufonisia celebrates its annual Fisherman’s Festival.

Spots this small don’t stay open long—and neither does the window where you can give yourself a week like this.

The honest cost of waiting is another year of putting everything else first. You know that feeling well enough by now. This is the week that changes the pattern.

You fly home with a handful of people who feel like they’ve always known you, and a quietness you haven’t felt in longer than you can remember. You come home as someone who finally treated themselves as worth the trip—and who knows, now, exactly what that feels like.
