I have been on retreats before. This one was different. The pace, the intention, the way Rachel holds space, there was nowhere to hide from yourself, in the best possible way. I came home changed.

May 30 – June 6, 2026
If a week like this has been on your list for a few years now, this is what it looks like when someone finally stops postponing it. Our 2026 retreat on a small Greek island. Seven nights, a private estate above the Aegean, morning practice with the sea in view, and a table that stayed long into the evening. This page is the record of it. We return in May 2027.
Another year of meaning to go is another year the week happens without you. The people on this page were not less busy than you are. They just stopped waiting for a better year.
The week itself
Rest is not something you book. It is something you practice.

Your hosts
Rachel held the practice and the shape of the week. Eric kept the ferries, the transfers and the details running quietly in the background. What guests said afterward was that they felt genuinely cared for rather than merely instructed.
What guests took home
Rest is not something you book. It is something you practice.
A handful of people who felt as though they had known each other for years, a practice with room to breathe again, and a week they keep returning to in their minds. They came home as people who had finally treated themselves as worth the trip.
In their own words
Retreats with Eric and Rachel have taught me so much about the importance of taking time out for me. I highly recommend going on retreat with YogaSoul. My life changed for the better, and I look forward to the next time.

My husband and I almost did not book because it felt indulgent. By day two we were wondering why we had waited so long. We are already looking at coming back.

I am so grateful to Rachel and the safe, nurturing space she created for us all. Rachel embodies humility, grace, and immense strength.

Who you become
You come home rested in the way that actually holds, and the practice has room in your life again, because for one week nothing else was allowed to take the morning.
How to be on the next one
Tell us which week interests you, or simply that Greece is on your mind. We read every one ourselves.

Rachel and Eric write it. Not a marketing team, not a scheduler. Rachel has been practicing for 28+ years and training teachers for 18+, and most of what goes out is whatever she is actually working through that month, plus first word on retreats and cohort openings before they are posted anywhere.
