Accessibility statement

We want everyone who is curious about yoga teacher training, yoga therapy or our retreats to be able to read this site, find what they need and get in touch.

Last checked: October 19, 2026

Who this is for

This site should work for you whether you use a keyboard instead of a mouse, a screen reader, zoom or larger text, or a phone.

What we aim for

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. We check the site with automated tools and by hand: using it with only a keyboard, zooming in, narrowing the screen to phone width, and checking colour contrast.

How the site stands

We last checked the whole site in October 2026. Every page has a clear heading structure, images have text descriptions, menus work from the keyboard, and text reflows on small screens without sideways scrolling.

That check turned up a few problems, and we fixed them:

  • Keyboard focus now stays visible above the fixed menu and the buttons at the bottom of the screen on phones.
  • The “Skip to content” link moves you past the menu.
  • The phone menu closes when you leave it or press Escape.
  • Sign-up forms tell screen readers which fields are required and read out their error messages.
  • Links that open a new tab say so.
  • A few labels that were too light are now darker.

If you still find something that gets in your way, please tell us.

Services from other companies

Some parts of the site come from other companies, and we cannot change all of them ourselves:

  • Payments go through Stripe. The checkout works with a keyboard and its fields are labelled.
  • Email sign-up forms come from Constant Contact and are protected by Google reCAPTCHA.

If any of these get in your way, you do not have to use them. Write to us and we will sign you up by hand, answer your questions, and work out another way to do what you came to do.

Tell us what is not working.

If something on this site is hard to use, or you need information in another format, please write to us. Tell us the page and what happened, and we will reply and help you directly. We read every message ourselves.
