Using our site? Here’s what that means—written plainly so you actually know what you’re agreeing to.
Last updated: January 29, 2025
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of yogasoul.org and constitute the entire agreement between you and YogaSoul™. By accessing or using our site, you confirm that you are over 18 and agree to be bound by these terms. If you disagree with any part, please do not use the Service.
Your use of our site is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect and use your information.
Our site may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by YogaSoul. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. We strongly encourage you to review the terms and privacy policies of any external sites you visit.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason—including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall YogaSoul or its suppliers be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid through the Service, or $100 USD if no purchase was made.
Some states do not allow exclusion of implied warranties or limitation of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so some of the above may not apply to you.
The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, YogaSoul expressly disclaims all warranties—express, implied, or statutory—including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so some of these may not apply to you.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Utah, United States, excluding its conflicts of law rules. If you are a consumer in the European Union, you also benefit from any mandatory protections under the law of your country of residence.
If you have a concern or dispute about the Service, we ask that you first try to resolve it informally by contacting us directly. We’re a small, founder-led business and we genuinely want to make things right.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable or invalid, it will be modified to accomplish its objectives to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force.
Waiver
Failure to exercise a right or require performance of an obligation under these Terms does not waive that right or the ability to require performance at a later time. A waiver of one breach does not constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at our discretion. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days’ notice before new terms take effect. Continued use of the Service after revisions are effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the website and Service.
If you have any questions about these Terms of Use, we’d love to hear from you.
