The YogaSoul Experience

More than a training.
A turning point.

Built on 18 years of teaching and shaped by intentionally small class sizes—YogaSoul’s 200-Hour program transforms not just how you teach, but how you live.

Rooted in the direct lineage of Sri T. Krishnamacharya—the father of modern yoga—this program weaves the full spectrum of the practice across seven immersive weekends. You won’t just study asana. You’ll explore pranayama, meditation, philosophy, anatomy, ethics, and the art of sequencing a class that genuinely serves your students.

Yoga defines itself as a science—a practical, methodical discipline aimed at the realization of your own full potential.

Rachel leads every immersion personally. She won’t just lecture at you—she’ll have you teaching from Day One. As she’s learned over nearly two decades: the best way to ensure you’re not afraid to teach is to learn by doing.

This program also includes a Weekend Ayurveda Intensive with nationally recognized practitioner Anjali Deva—a rare opportunity to explore yoga’s sister science and bring whole-person wellness into your teaching and your life.

Our graduates describe this as comparable to graduate degrees, major life transitions, and decades of personal practice—not because it’s difficult, but because it reaches into places you didn’t expect.

You want to teach—in a studio, a gym, a hospital, or just to friends who keep asking
You’re at a turning point and want a practice that matches the moment

You can commit to 4–5 months of consistent practice and study
This may not be the right fit if…
You’re looking for a purely physical fitness certification
You need a fully online or asynchronous format
You’re not ready to engage with yoga philosophy and sacred texts
You prefer large cohorts and passive lecture-style learning
You want a quick weekend certification
You already hold a 200-hour certificate (our 300-Hour program is designed for you)

Common Questions

Before you reach out…

The questions we hear most often, answered honestly.

Do I need to be an advanced practitioner to apply? +
No. While a consistent yoga practice helps, this training is designed to meet you where you are. What matters most is genuine commitment to showing up, practicing regularly, and being open to the philosophical and personal dimensions of yoga alongside the physical practice.
Do I need to want to teach yoga when I’m done? +
Not at all. Many of our most transformed graduates had no intention of teaching. They came because yoga had changed their life and they wanted to understand why—and go deeper. If teaching does call you, we’ll prepare you fully, and Rachel actively helps graduates find teaching opportunities.
How is this different from a larger online YTT? +
YogaSoul keeps class sizes intentionally small. You will know Rachel personally and she will know you. This isn’t a cohort of 40 students watching pre-recorded videos. It’s a living immersion where you practice teaching from Week One, where philosophy is discussed rather than just delivered, and where Rachel walks alongside you throughout.
What is the weekly time commitment between immersions? +
Plan for yoga practice 4–6× weekly, reading (about 20 minutes daily), observation hours, and your Seva and Special Project work. Between immersions you’ll also begin practice teaching—which Rachel considers the most important part of your development. The program is designed to integrate into your life, not consume it.
What certification do I receive? +
Upon successful completion, you receive a WYF 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Certification from the World Yoga Federation—an internationally respected credentialing body rooted in lineage and integrity. This also positions you to continue into the 300-Hour Advanced Training toward a 500-Hour designation.
Can I make up a missed weekend immersion? +
Immersion weekends are required, but Rachel is communicative and flexible when life intervenes. If you need to miss a session, reach out to her directly as early as possible—she will work with you to find a path forward. She believes in the full humanity of this work.
Is there a payment plan available? +
Yes. You can pay by credit card, Venmo, or use PayPal Pay Later to spread your investment over time. If you have specific needs, contact Rachel directly—she is committed to making this training accessible to those who are genuinely called to it.

Your Teacher & Mentor

Rachel Cieslewicz

E-RYT 500 C-IAYT WYF Grandmaster YogaSoul Founder

Rachel has been teaching yoga and training teachers for over 18 years. As an E-RYT 500, C-IAYT, and World Yoga Federation Grandmaster, she is one of the most credentialed yoga educators in Utah—and among the most beloved by her students.

Her lineage traces directly to Sri T. Krishnamacharya, the father of modern yoga. She teaches the full spectrum—asana, pranayama, meditation, philosophy, and the ethical life yoga asks us to live—not as separate disciplines, but as one unified path.

Rachel founded YogaSoul to offer something increasingly rare: a training where every student is truly known. Where mentorship is personal. Where you leave not just certified, but changed. Her graduates describe her as patient, vulnerable, and deeply heart-led. She doesn’t just teach yoga—she lives it.
