East Millcreek, Salt Lake City · Spring 2026
The practice you’ve loved—
finally, understood from the inside out.
This isn’t just a certification. It’s a turning point. Over seven weekend immersions, you’ll move beyond postures into the full depth of the practice—breath, philosophy, meditation, anatomy, and the art of teaching others. You’ll leave changed in ways you won’t be able to fully describe until it’s already happened.
The YogaSoul Experience
Built on 18 years of teaching and shaped by intentionally small class sizes—YogaSoul’s 200-Hour program transforms not just how you teach, but how you live.
Rooted in the direct lineage of Sri T. Krishnamacharya—the father of modern yoga—this program weaves the full spectrum of the practice across seven immersive weekends. You won’t just study asana. You’ll explore pranayama, meditation, philosophy, anatomy, ethics, and the art of sequencing a class that genuinely serves your students.
Rachel leads every immersion personally. She won’t just lecture at you—she’ll have you teaching from Day One. As she’s learned over nearly two decades: the best way to ensure you’re not afraid to teach is to learn by doing.
This program also includes a Weekend Ayurveda Intensive with nationally recognized practitioner Anjali Deva—a rare opportunity to explore yoga’s sister science and bring whole-person wellness into your teaching and your life.
Our graduates describe this as comparable to graduate degrees, major life transitions, and decades of personal practice—not because it’s difficult, but because it reaches into places you didn’t expect.
Clarity Before You Commit
You don’t need to be an advanced practitioner. You do need to be ready to go deep.
Full Curriculum
Nothing hidden. This is what 200 hours of lineage-rooted yoga education holds—every topic visible before you commit.
This is the ethical foundation woven into every weekend of your training—not as a lecture, but as a lived practice. You won’t just learn how to teach yoga. You’ll learn how to live it.
Spring 2026 Dates
Dates subject to slight adjustment. Independent work—reading, observation hours, practice teaching—is completed between sessions at your own pace.
Month by Month
Each month is structured to let you integrate before the next immersion begins. The pace is intentional.

Your Teacher & Mentor
Rachel has been teaching yoga and training teachers for over 18 years. As an E-RYT 500, C-IAYT, and World Yoga Federation Grandmaster, she is one of the most credentialed yoga educators in Utah—and among the most beloved by her students.
Her lineage traces directly to Sri T. Krishnamacharya, the father of modern yoga. She teaches the full spectrum—asana, pranayama, meditation, philosophy, and the ethical life yoga asks us to live—not as separate disciplines, but as one unified path.
Rachel founded YogaSoul to offer something increasingly rare: a training where every student is truly known. Where mentorship is personal. Where you leave not just certified, but changed. Her graduates describe her as patient, vulnerable, and deeply heart-led. She doesn’t just teach yoga—she lives it.
