Your Coach
Rachel has been where most of her athletes are now—juggling training with a full life, wondering if the plan is actually right for them, and wishing they had someone who genuinely understood both the sport and the human doing it.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Sport Science from the University of Utah and is pursuing a Master’s in Integral Health with a concentration in yoga therapy. Her approach integrates modern sports science with the wisdom of yoga and mindfulness—not as a philosophical add-on, but as a practical tool for recovery, mental load, and the full-body resilience that pure training data ignores.
As an Ex-Pro Athlete and certified coach, she understands what it costs to push hard. She also understands what it costs not to have a plan built for the life you actually have.
