YogaSoul Services

You shouldn’t have to
live with that.

One-on-one therapeutic yoga—where your history, your body, and your goals set the direction.

Whether it’s chronic pain, limited mobility, injury recovery, or just a body that’s stopped feeling like yours—yoga therapy works differently than a class. It’s a one-on-one therapeutic practice built entirely around your history, your condition, and what you actually need to move and feel better. Most therapeutic approaches treat one layer of the problem. Yoga therapy reaches the ones they don’t.

What Is Yoga Therapy?

Yoga therapy can
help with…

Yoga therapy is a personalized, therapeutic application of yogic wisdom and modern science—supporting healing where yoga class leaves off. These are some of the most common areas Rachel works with.

🩹
Chronic Pain & Injury Recovery
Targeted yoga therapy to address pain patterns, support healing after injury, and build resilience in areas prone to recurring issues—without forcing or straining.
🧠
Stress, Anxiety & Emotional Resilience
Breathwork, mindfulness, and somatic practice calibrated to regulate your nervous system, reduce reactivity, and build a steadier relationship with stress.
🌟
Mobility, Flexibility & Balance
Therapeutic movement sequences that restore range of motion, improve postural alignment, and bring ease back to everyday movement patterns.
🏇
Athletic Performance & Recovery
Yoga therapy as a performance tool—addressing the physical and mental aspects of training, recovery, and the mental edge that separates good athletes from great ones.
🦼
Postural Alignment & Movement Efficiency
Identify and address compensatory patterns before they become injuries. Yoga therapy helps you move the way your body was designed to move.
Overall Well-Being
For those who simply want to feel better in their body and mind—yoga therapy offers a whole-person approach to thriving, not just treating symptoms.

The Process

How yoga therapy
works with Rachel.

Yoga therapy begins with you—your history, your goals, your body. Every step of the process is personalized and collaborative.

01
Email Rachel
Tell her what’s going on—your history, what you’ve already tried, and what you’re hoping to find. She reads every message personally and responds within a day or two. No form, no queue.
02
She’ll be straight with you
Rachel will tell you honestly whether yoga therapy is likely to help with your specific situation—and if it is, she’ll tell you what to expect. No pressure. Just clarity.
03
Show up to your first session
Your first session begins the work immediately. Rachel builds your practice from scratch around your history, your body, and what you actually need—nothing borrowed, nothing generic.

Why Choose Yoga Therapy with Rachel

What you can expect
to change.

🌟
You stop being a symptom to manage
Every session is built around your history, your body, and your goals—not a generic protocol. You leave each session with practices that are actually yours, not borrowed from someone else’s program.
You address what other approaches missed
Yoga therapy works across movement, breath, mindfulness, and somatic practice simultaneously. Most modalities treat one layer. This reaches the ones they don’t.
💕
You feel met exactly where you are
Whether you’re recovering from injury, managing a chronic condition, or simply want to feel more at home in your body—Rachel starts with you as you actually are, not where you think you should be.
🎓
You build a practice that outlasts the sessions
Rachel’s goal isn’t to keep you coming back indefinitely—it’s to give you tools that work without her. The people who stay do so because they want to go deeper, not because they have to.

What Changes

What your life looks like
on the other side.

You stop bracing for the movement that always catches you. You start trusting your body again—not because the injury is forgotten, but because you’ve built the capacity to work with it instead of around it. That’s what changes in Rachel’s clients. Not just less pain—a different relationship with their own body.

From Clients

Healing in their
own words.

Rachel’s yoga therapy sessions have helped me move without pain for the first time in years. Her knowledge and compassion are truly life-changing.

I came in for help with stress and left with tools I use every day. Rachel’s approach is gentle, empowering, and deeply effective.
Rachel’s knowledge and compassion are truly life-changing. I finally have a practice that works for my body and not against it.
I spent two years trying to manage a hip injury on my own. Six sessions with Rachel gave me more progress than everything else combined. She understands the body in a way that’s genuinely rare.
I came in skeptical—I didn’t think yoga could address what I was dealing with. Rachel met me exactly where I was and built something entirely around my situation. I’m glad I gave it a chance.

You move through the morning without bracing for it. You sleep without cataloguing what hurts. You stop thinking about your body as a problem to manage—and start trusting it again. That’s what Rachel works toward in every session.

Pain you’ve learned to live with has a way of compounding. What’s tolerable today becomes the thing you’re working around next year—and the year after that.
