Guiding Movement, Mindset, and Mastery

Rachel Cieslewicz is the Owner of Yoga Soul in Salt Lake City, Utah. Rachel's profound connection to yoga began at the tender age of five. Her formal dedication to the practice was solidified at the age of eighteen during her studies at the University of Utah. An ardent student of the practice, Rachel is privileged to study under esteemed gurus Manju Jois and Srivatsa Ramaswami. Committed to the holistic development of her students, Rachel aims to impart the philosophical and practical aspects of yoga, encouraging students to embrace lives filled with joy, authenticity, and human potential. She is a certified Yoga Therapist through the International Association of Yoga Therapists (C-IAYT). Rachel holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Sport Science from the University of Utah, awarded in 2003. Rachel is currently working towards her Master's Degree in Integral Health, with a concentration in yoga therapy.

Beyond yoga, Rachel is a dedicated endurance athlete and holistic movement coach, blending her expertise in exercise science with mindfulness-based training methods. With a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Sport Science from the University of Utah, she works with students and athletes to optimize movement, prevent injury, and build mental and physical resilience. Her approach integrates yoga, strength training, and breathwork to help individuals achieve peak performance—whether in their yoga practice, athletic pursuits, or daily lives.
