With a lifelong passion for movement and wellness, Rachel brings a rare combination of credentials to her massage practice. As a dedicated endurance athlete and holistic movement coach, she understands the demands you place on your body—and how to help it recover and thrive.
Her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Sport Science from the University of Utah and C-IAYT certification mean that her work is grounded in both modern sports science and the wisdom of yoga and mindfulness—supporting physical and mental resilience simultaneously.
Since age five, movement has been her passion. Her mission is to support athletes and active individuals in living with greater strength, clarity, and intention.
