Eric Martin is the Managing Partner of Yoga Soul, exemplifying a harmonious blend of entrepreneurial success and yogic living. With a B.S. in Computer Science and an MBA in Finance, he has dedicated over three decades to revitalizing distressed businesses across diverse industries, demonstrating resilience and strategic insight. In 2003, Eric’s life was profoundly transformed when he met Manju Jois. Since then, he has been a dedicated student of Manju’s authentic and powerful teaching. Certified and authorized to teach the primary and intermediate series, Eric teaches a simple yet profound practice, one that elevates him and all who commit to learning under his guidance beyond superficial yoga styles. In his teaching, he channels the spirit of Manju, honoring the lineage with precise adjustments, playfulness, humility, and a voice that inspires empowerment. Eric’s journey has expanded through studies with Srivatsa Ramaswami, exploring the depths of Vinyasa Krama. A humble yet formidable yogi rooted deeply in tradition and disciple of T. Krishnamacharya, Srivatsa’s influence has enriched Eric’s teaching, blending strength and depth in a harmonious tapestry that reflects the wisdom of both teachers.
